PROJECT TYPE: Extensive Historic Restoration 

PROJECT DURATION: January 2019 – July 2019

This project consisted of mindful demolition, renovations to the existing foyer, extensive trade coordination, and high end wall finishes and floor coverings. During the demolition, Southcoast Construction was mindful of the historic poster wall, which was wrapped in plastic for protection. The renovations to the existing foyer were extensive in order to reach a lavish, speakeasy style space. We were able to stick to the budget and time guidelines and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. We worked alongside New Plymouth District Council, BOON Architects, Opus, and many other companies to deliver such a luxurious space.
