PROJECT DURATION: September 2021 – March 2022

This project involved the construction of a new office building for McFall Fuel which was built on a Greenfield site. During this build, Southcoast Construction worked to construct an office and workshop complete with various meeting rooms, a wet room, changing rooms, and kitchen/staff breakout area. COVID restrictions were heavily enforced, which was the main cause of material delays throughout this project. Southcoast Construction worked alongside subcontractors, both in and out of scope, to bring this project to life and are pleased that McFall Fuel are happy with their new office space.

From the start to completion of the project we have had a fantastic experience and the final outcome has been first class 100%. We would defiantly be recommending Southcoast Construction. – Andrew Spicer (McFall Fuel)
